Yummy Kitchen

Yummy Kitchen is intended to be an eat-in, carry-out Chinese restaurant with a capacity of 40 seats. The restaurant will focus on offering take-out and catering services for both individuals and businesses with dim sum dishes and Chinese fast food during lunchtime. The restaurant will also offer fine dining in the evening and at the weekend.

Mission:
We will prepare and serve high-quality food with fresh ingredients and amazing taste, at an affordable price where all can enjoy the art of Chinese cooking. We want Yummy Kitchen to be the restaurant of choice for all within the area, the young and the old, singles and married couples.

The Service and Products:
Yummy Kitchen comes as the result of many years of experimenting and refining different recipes and techniques. The sauce is a special recipe that has been lovingly developed by the proprietors and tested hundreds of times on willing guests both at home and at food establishments where the caters have presided.
We will offer a wide range of appetizers and main courses in the evening and at weekends. The dinner menu will focus on traditional Chinese dishes. For those who want to please their palates with a Chinese taste, there will be several specialties to choose from, such as Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Mapo Tofu, Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce, Buffet-style Coconut Shrimp, and Seafood combination.

We also have a nice array of entrees that we are holding in reserve, or that we may feature as weekly specials, one at a time. These recipes come from a special private collection that has been refined over years by carters.
